COHR MEMBERSHIP

I hereby submit my application for membership with the Coastal Organization of Human Resources. If accepted, I agree to pay the current application dues and any published fees for meetings for which I register.  I agree to abide by the by-laws and to assist the organization with its objectives.  

I acknowledge that by submitting my COHR Membership application, I am automatically “opting-in” to the Coastal Organization of Human Resources (COHR) Member Directory. I authorize COHR to share my provided member profile information (directory information) to other COHR members, until such time I revoke my authorization in writing. I acknowledge that I will not share any member information without their written permission, nor will I use the information for solicitation purposes. I further understand that I can “opt-out” at any time by updating my member profile and selecting the “Hide From Directory” box for all information I do not wish to be shared in the COHR Member Directory. I release the Coastal Organization of Human Resources from any and all claim(s) or threatened claim of damages, or of any legal action, that may arise out of or as the result of misuse of the directory information by any COHR member, third-party or other recipient of the directory information.
